A Message from the Vice President
Welcome to Global Mission Bible Institute
Our purpose is to train believers for the work of the ministry. We believe in combining the priceless teaching of God’s Word and practical, hands-on ministry experience.
We see this in the Old Testament with Elijah and Elisha and the School (or Sons) of the Prophets (2 Kings 4:38). We see this in the New Testament when Paul told Timothy to train faithful men to teach others. ”You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.” (2 Timothy 2:2-NLT).
Whatever God is leading you to do preparation is never a waste of time. If the Lord is speaking to you about attending GMBI we believe it will change your life and the lives of those around you forever.
Our Bible school has four key beliefs. Four main priorities which we are passionate about:
The Bible:
It is the inspired and living word of God on which everything we do and teach at GMBI is based. We also believe that Bible College training should be much more than simply passing on information; ultimately, it must also be about spiritual transformation.
A famous preacher called John Wesley, in his old age, after having read, and read, and reread the Bible all his life, said of himself ‘I am a man of one book.’ Another man of God said this ‘The Bible is God’s recipe book for making holy people. You must follow the recipe exactly, if you wish to be a holy, Christlike person.
The Bible is God’s guidebook to show men and women the way to Heaven. You must pay strict attention to its directions, and follow them accurately, if you are ever to get there.
The Bible is God’s Medical Manual, to show people how to get rid of soul-sickness. You must diligently consider its diagnosis of soul diseases, and its methods of cure, if you want soul health’ Samuel Logan Brengle.
This sums up why we place great emphasis on studying the Bible and equipping students to share it with others.
Jesus:
We are passionate about Christ and His gospel and want to see lives change as they encounter Him.
Church:
We believe in the local church and want to work with congregations to equip them to be relevant and effective in their gospel ministry worldwide.
Practical Training:
We believe that good training is not limited just to the classroom, so we encourage practical experience. We want to find faithful men and women and pass on the good things we are learning to them. So they may share the Gospel, teach Discipleship, and fulfil the Great Commission.
‘Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit’ Matthew 28:19.
If you have a desire to study and train for your own spiritual growth, or because of God’s call on your life for some form of vocational ministry, we would love to hear from you. We are flexible and accessible. We look forward to serving and helping you soon.

A Message from the Dean
It is my pleasure to send my greetings to the students of the Global Mission Bible Institute: for those that desire to study the word of God, through this means of learning.
This program is very effective and accessible for all those who have an earnest desire of learning God’s Word systematically but somehow due to their time situation are unable to join a full-time Bible school.
Over the years, it has been our prayer to provide a program that is academically sound, in building a godly character and useful for practical ministry.
Many people may learn the Word of God merely for head knowledge without having a heart connection with the author of the Book. On the other hand, our emphasis is on getting knowledge with a deeper prayer life.
As a servant of God, it is important to know the Bible & to teach it in a balanced way, the Bible says: “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, That the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work”. II Timothy 3: 16 –17. (KJV)
“Be diligent to present yourselves to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of God”. II Timothy 2:15 (KJV)
Sadly, we live in times, when some people neglect to learn the word of God but without learning we cannot be an effective tool for the Lord.
The Bible admonishes us that: “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15)
We must be prepared to share the gospel with everyone that we encounter.
May God bless you as you dedicate yourself to learn God’s Eternal Word systematically and methodically.
